Ah, spring ...
The only way I got though the rainy season this year was repeating "spring comes early in Portland, spring comes early in Portland, spring comes early in Portland ..."
I think that the warm January fooled all the flowers ... though the very hard freeze seems to have killed stuff that has been growing fine for the last 5 years (ground cover, one newer plant, and the orchid that hasn't ever bloomed - the one Ronda likes to smirk at).
I'd post some silly pictures from the airport (they cancelled my flight, now I have to go to Montana via Utah, 6 hours laters), but I left my USB cable in the checked bag ... I hope that bag makes it there OK.
Can't wait to see photos of the tulips and magnolia tree!
We have palest pink buds and a dozen full blooms on the peach tree outside my window in the rain.

Hope you don't run out of money entertaining and feeding yourself at the airport!
